The Tiny Joy Project

maybe this can be your little break from the world

This is wild. You, staring at this screen, me, talking to you like I knew you’d show up.

Tiny reminders that life is still  beautiful.

You were never meant
to do life this fast.

look at us, breathing on a floating rock and all

YOur life is happening right nOw. Might as well fall in lOve with it a little.

Now let’s talk about the wildly underrated experience of being alive.

Tiny Joy is for people who want to feel more alive in their actual everyday lives. Not five years from now. Not once everything is fixed. Right now. There is so much to love about being alive and I genuinely think we forget that sometimes. The warm air after it rains, pancakes at midnight, the smell of sunscreen in summer, grocery store flowers… tiny Joy exists to help people notice those moments again. To get a little more curious. A little more present. A little more emotionally attached to being a human on this weird floating rock.

EVERYTHING FEELS A LITTLE MORE BEAUTIFUL WHEN YOU NOTICE IT.

Something weird happens when you start paying attention to your life again. The days stop blurring together so much. Tiny moments stick around longer. Dinner with friends feels warmer. Walks feel slower. Even ordinary days start feeling a little more like something you actually got to experience instead of just survive.

drunk in love with life

just a little being wildly excited to be here

Hi, hey, hellO!
I'm Jasmine!

curious. Sour dough lover. unrushed.

I’m the person who gets weirdly emotional about grocery store flowers, people laughing in parking lots, and sunlight hitting the wall just right. Tiny Joy came from realizing most of us are rushing through lives that are actually full of incredible little moments. So now I write about them. Point at them excitedly. And hopefully help people fall a little more in love with being alive while they’re here.

Yeah, the news is lOud, but sO are the birds Outside my windOw

for people wanting to fall back in love with life

For people who are a little tired of rushing through life

A place where we’re coming the type of people who are not ashamed for being in love with life

I started tiny jOy because the wOrld felt heavier than my heart cOuld carry

I was running a branding studio when I started sharing little thoughts online about life, wonder, and being human. At first, I wrote them for my younger self, the anxious version of me who constantly worried about the future and carried the weight of the world everywhere she went. I used to wake up and immediately absorb the heaviness online like it was my full-time job. The bad news. The fear. The hopelessness. Eventually, it all caught up to me physically, too.

Then life reminded me hOw rare and fragile this whOle thing really is

After a minor surgery, loss, and a few hard seasons, something shifted in me. I started noticing how unbelievably precious ordinary life actually is. The sunsets. The conversations. The fact that we get to be here at all. I realized I didn’t want to spend my life only looking for reasons to feel afraid. I wanted to start collecting reasons to feel grateful, hopeful, excited, and deeply alive instead. Tiny Joy became my way of doing that out loud.

SO nOw I spend my days cOllecting prOOf that there is still gOOd here

What started as little notes on the internet somehow turned into a community of nearly 400,000 people in less than a year. People who missed feeling hopeful. People who wanted to notice life again. Tiny Joy exists to remind us that the world is still full of beautiful things worth getting excited about. Pancakes at midnight. Human kindness. Fresh sheets. Window-down drives. Tiny moments that remind you how beautiful this whole thing really is.

Somewhere along
the way, we forgot life was supposed to be experienced
